Date:                    Thursday 17 June 2021

Time:                    Arrive:  5.15pm for sausage sizzle and warm up.  Performance starts at 6.00pm.

Where:                 Balgowlah North Public School.  Cnr of Manning St and Woodbine St North Balgowlah

                             Warm up room below (see attached map for location).

Performance:      In the Hall.  Band members will be seated in the Hall to watch the performance.

Wear:                   Full Band Uniform (ref to website).  New and 2nd hand Band shirts are available from the 

                             uniform shop.

 

A sausage sizzle will be serving from 5.15pm (for performers) prior to the performance and other snacks/treats will be available for purchase during the evening.

 

Raffle – there are some great prizes to be won in the raffle -  bring your cash!.   Thank you to Four Brothers Coffee, Evergreen Music and Natasha Cupitt Studios for their generous contributions.

 

Warm Up Rooms

Band members are to be in warm up rooms from 5.30pm for a quick warm up before moving to the Hall just before 6pm.  

 

Junior Band – 4W

Senior Band – 4V

Concert Band – 4/3C

 

Audience information – Reserve your seat

Due to covid restrictions and hall capacity we can only allow ONE person per band member to be in the audience for the event.  Each school has been allocated a number of spaces based on one parent per band member.  Please fill in the online form to reserve your ticket – Harbourside Music Festival.

Audience members will be asked to sign in on the Services NSW app and Venue/School QR code also and of course hand sanitse.

 

Recording

The cap on audience numbers is necessary to keep everyone safe, however we know that families will be disappointed that they can’t be at the live performance so we will be recording the event to share with families. 

 

Attendance

We expect that all band members will be attending however if you are unable to attend due to illness, please inform your band parent liaison or this e-mail address.
