Junior Band - Wilbur Sampson Event:                 Arrive:     11:45 AM     

Senior Band - Robert McAnally Event:                Arrive:     10:45 AM

Concert Band - William Lovelock Event:              Arrive      12:40 PM

Wear:  Full band uniform Red band shirt, black pants including black school shoes and black socks.  No leggings or jeans.  No black runners

Bring:  Your instrument and music.  Bass players bring own leads.  Percussionists bring your own sticks and mallets

Parking:

Limited parking is available in the Botany St Parking Station, accessible through Gate 11, off Botany St.
Patrons are advised that parking out the front of the Clancy Auditorium in the University grounds may attract a substantial fine.

Meeting Point

Please meet outside the front doors of the John Clancy Auditorium.  Students will be brought back to the meeting point after performing.  Students will be supervised until a parent collects them.

Upon arriving at the Festival we will listen to other schools perform and then move to a warm-up room prior to our performance on stage. All parents are invited to enter the auditorium to listen to other groups while they wait for our school to perform.

Once the students have performed, they will be ushered backstage to collect their instrument cases. All students and parents/friends are invited to remain for the adjudication which will take place at the end of the section.

If you cannot remain behind for the adjudication you are free to leave once your child is dismissed by their Music Director

Please note: the ASBOF is a not for profit event. All proceeds from ticket sales go towards the running of the Festival.
